These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website jaiho-arcade.net and the Jaiho Arcade mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). By downloading, installing, or playing on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the Platform

Jaiho Arcade is designed exclusively as a social arcade and skill-based entertainment application. The Platform offers recreational digital games (including classic card, board, and reflex challenges) for amusement purposes only.

2. Virtual In-Game Points & Tokens

All tokens, coins, mystery bonuses, score multipliers, and badges obtained within the application are strictly virtual entertainment items.
Virtual tokens have no financial equivalence and cannot be redeemed, traded, or converted into real currency, legal tender, or physical merchandise under any circumstances.
Virtual currency balances cannot be transferred, bought, sold, or exchanged outside of the application mechanics.

3. Fair Play Policy & Code of Conduct

We hold our community to high sportsmanship standards. Users agree NOT to:

Use automated scripts, bots, emulators with macros, or unauthorized third-party mods to gain an unfair advantage.
Exploit programming glitches or bugs instead of reporting them to our technical team.
Engage in abusive, harassing, defamatory, or inappropriate language inside multiplayer chat lobbies.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the APK's cryptographic integrity.

Violation of the Fair Play Policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent banning of the offending player ID without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, trademarks, artwork, sound designs, game graphics, codebases, and brand assets associated with Jaiho Arcade are the exclusive intellectual property of Jaiho Arcade Studio. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without express or implied warranties. Jaiho Arcade shall not be liable for any temporary server outages, device incompatibilities, or interruptions caused by internet connectivity.

6. Revisions to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms as our services evolve. Any updates will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
